Pre-ordered items are final sale. Please double-check to see that you selected the correct size.
All pre-order exchange & refund requests must be made before the pre-order period ends.
Customers are responsible for postage fees on exchange & refund requests made after fulfillment.
International orders may incur separate fees for exchange & returns.

The shop is not responsible for packages delivered to wrong or invalid address.
The shop is not responsible for misplaced, lost, or stolen packages during transit. In all cases, shipping companies are accountable for all mail pieces handled through their delivery services.
